I was 196lbs when I started my journey with Ideal Protein on May 16, 2014. I am now at 160lbs and is still on Phase One of the diet. It is by far the easiest diet, there is a large variety of foods available and it is so easy and healthy to fit in 4 cups of vegetables. And I must say I would not have been able to stick with this diet if I didn’t have the support of an angel in my life – Happy Boyal – the coach! The amount of support you will receive from Happy and her team, you will not get there anywhere else!
